We are very much thankful to you for entrusting your child to our care through admission to this school. We are fully aware and realize that the child, who is like clay, is to be molded in such a way as he/she may not only meet the aspirations of the parents but also of society and the nation at large. For this, we are to achieve excellence both in academic and co-curricular activities. All this requires a proper plan of action to be implemented by us with your help. For this, we have incorporated the rules and regulations of this school in the diary and we expect respected parents to go through the diary and attend regular remarks of the teacher in charge for the benefit of the child. 
Discipline is key to any success. Kindly see that the child comes to school regularly, is well-equipped with books, and reading material and is well-dressed as per school uniform, does his/her home task regularly, and learns manners. Cleanliness is next to godliness. Please ensure that your child remains clean not only in dress but also in his/her work should be neat and clean. It is only through discipline that we will be able to develop his/her character. Please encourage the child to play and take-, lunch, etc. in groups of classmates, which will help to learn manners, the necessity of co-operation and respect for others. We shall be meeting personally on parent’s day and shall be seeking your suggestions for improvement of the child’s behavior. Any suggestion, which may be of any help to the child in his/her growth or of the school will be appreciated and welcomed.
